geek girl | december 16, 2012

Good morning, geeklings! I hope that all your Christmas preparations are going smoothly! I admit that I don't have a ton of Christmas geekery to share this week (nothing like last week's epic snowflake roundup, anyway!), but there's still a lot of cool stuff in here.

Let's get started, shall we?

From the top left:

  • That's no moon- it's a giant gingerbread Death Star!
  • Have you ever wondered what the Avengers' Loki would look like with Padme Amidala's hairstyles? No? Actually, neither had I, but I still found these Photoshops to be quite amusing!
  • Several female Star Wars characters get the Disney Princess treatment at Tosche Station.
  • These NES cartridge sticky notes can be found at Fan Gamer- go retro!
  • That's no moon- wait, I've said that already...well, err, it's a Death Star ice cube (okay, what do you call a round ice cube? An ice ball?) mold.
  • Bit Rebels shares a collection of geeky knitted Converse sneakers, and with a TARDIS in the mix you just knew I was going to post it, right? :)
  • Still looking for a 2013 calendar? This bubble wrap version from Amazon might be just what you're looking for!
  • Club Jade posted an unofficial style guide to Star Wars...never misspell, mis-hyphenate, or mis-capitalize again!
  • If you need a gift for the discerning gift on your Christmas list, this Doctor Who Monopoly set from Think Geek is just what the Doctor ordered!

And for this week's video share, how about a how-to on making Super Mario themed cake pops?

TTFN!
